Norfin is a leading Real Estate Investment Manager founded in 1999 and with over €1.5bn of assets under management in real estate funds, SICs or SPVs, with a high diversity of profiles and strategies across all real estate and real estate connected sectors for a wide range of institutional investors. In 2018, Norfin was acquired by Arrow Global, a pan-European alternative asset manager focusing on credit and real estate, with over €5.3bn of funds under management. Arrow Global was incorporated in 2005 and has recently been acquired by TDR Capital, a European private equity firm.

Due to the company’s continual growth and forthcoming capital deployment stream, Norfin intends to select: Asset Management Analyst

Main tasks and responsibilities
- Support in implementing the fund's investment strategy, working collaboratively with the team to ensure successful execution;
- Support in developing commercial and financial strategies for the portfolio, aiming to optimise results and maximise return on investment;
- Assist in the development of real estate projects, including conducting economic and financial feasibility studies throughout all project phases;
- Oversee the management of leases and property sales processes, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness;
- Ensure compliance with regulations and licensing, collaborating closely with municipal authorities and regulatory bodies;
Role Requirements
- Master’s degree in economics, Management, Engineering (preferably Civil), or Architecture;
- Postgraduate qualification in Real Estate Management / Facilities Management.
- Minimum of 1- 2 years’ of experience in similar roles;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with strong persuasion and negotiation abilities;
- Knowledge in construction management and property facilities management;
- Knowledge of real estate leasing, purchase, and sale regulations, as well as licensing requirements;
- Verbal and written communications and presentation skills;
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail;
- Creative thinking, capability to develop innovative solutions;
- Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Portuguese.
