Quais as tarefas que esta função envolve?

Auditoria:

  • Recolher de acordo com procedimento as amostras de generos alimentícios ao longo da cadeia do processo desde a recepção até à expedição para submeter a análise microbiológica em laboratório externo.
  • Realização do plano de verificação e calibração dos equipamentos de monitorização
  • Participação em tarefas relativas a testes de Rastreabilidade e Mock Recall
  • Realização do plano de auditorias internas de produto e processo incluindo verificações de temperaturas, rotulagens, registos, perigos físicos, químicos, biológicos (objectos estranhos, controlo pragas, limpezas.), Boas Prácticas de Higiene (BPH) e Boas Prácticas de Fabrico (BPF).
  • Verificar a eficácia no shop floor das medidas tomadas na operação para as reclamações de food safety, através de auditorias.

Problem Solving - Interface Operacional:

  • Acompanhamento dos temas a desenvolver com vista à resolução de problemas, análise da raiz do problema, medidas de contenção e sustentação e melhoria contínua. Verificação da eficácia das medidas tomadas ( DMCA/8D)
  • Apoio nas respostas a reclamações dos clientes relativas a Segurança Alimentar
  • Promover acções de awareness com as equipas operacionais sempre que são detectados desvios ou alterações de procedimentos.

Quais as qualificações que deve ter?

  • Licenciatura na área de Engenharia Alimentar, Ciências da Nutrição ou similar como fator preferencial;
  • Mínimo 12o Ano de escolaridade;
  • Experiência em funções similares de 5 anos;
  • Formação em Certificações, nomeadamente ISO 9001 e ISO 22000
  • Formação HACCP,HALAL, Higiene e Segurança Alimentar
  • Formação em Auditorias 22000 e HACCP
  • Competências de Problem Solving
  • Residência em Portugal
