Marketing and Sales Associate

Marketing Responsibilities:

  • Gather and shoot content as necessary for new web content, ensuring it is in line with our brand's image and values.
  • Write, review, edit, and translate content for marketing materials, newsletters, and various online platforms, ensuring the content is engaging and onbrand.
  • Assist the creative team in the design and conceptualization of promotional materials.
  • Use social media platforms to engage consumers, promoting company initiatives and responding promptly to questions, feedback, or complaints.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams to establish campaign objectives, complete tasks, and troubleshoot any challenges.
  • Monitor, report, and analyze performance metrics on social media and the company website to optimize strategies.

Sales and Telecalling Responsibilities:

  • Reach out to leads via phone, promoting our services and addressing any queries they might have.
  • Manage and track bookings, ensuring a seamless experience for our clients.
  • Follow up with potential leads and existing customers for feedback and reengagement.
  • Maintain a comprehensive database of calls made, ensuring notes and outcomes are documented for future reference.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in English, marketing, or a related field.
  • Bilingual proficiency in Portuguese and English.
  • Experience in creating engaging, highquality content.
  • Demonstrated skills in writing, proofreading, and editing.
  • Proficiency in researching and gathering data.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities.
  • Excellent listening and verbal communication skills, especially over the phone.
  • Ability to work both independently and in a collaborative team environment.
  • Capacity to deliver results under pressure, maintaining attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Previous experience in a sales or tele calling role would be a plus.

Salary: 800.00€ per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Porto Salvo, Distrito de Lisboa: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)
