Manage incoming phone calls;
Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction;
Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer through open and interactive communication;
Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right tools;
Follow clients' communication procedures and guidelines;
Take the extra mile to engage customers.
competências
Fluent, verbal and written in German;
Excellent communication skills;
Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening;
Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters.
Able to work in rotative shifts, to help address client, customer, and business needs;
You are expected to provide background clearance (certificate for highest level of education, references from previous employment, clean criminal record).
