(Please note this is a 100% remote role but applicants must be based in Portugal)

TasksResolve issues and problems for live units in S/4Hana, specifically within the SAP PM moduleProvide 2nd and 3rd level production support services globallyDeliver functional solutions in SAP projects and ensure stable business process continuationManage service and change requests efficientlyWork independently on complex project assignments and guide developers and testersOffer high-focus business support during critical activities like period-end closing and manufacturingDesign, configure, test, and train business solutions in collaboration with the solution/architect teamParticipate in hyper care and support transitions from project teamsPropose proactive system improvements and preventive business process supportCollaborate closely with business support departments to translate requirements into feasible solutionsMaintain close working relationships with technical, solution delivery, architect, analytics, basis, and authorization teamsContinuously suggest business and process-related improvementsMaintain process documentation for problem, incident, and change managementRequirementsMinimum of 5 years SAP Plant Maintenance experienceExperience in a manufacturing environment is preferredDeep understanding of business processes related to SAP applications and modulesExpert SAP knowledge with configuration and troubleshooting skillsExperience with SAP implementation and post-live support in a multinational environmentDebugging experience is a plusFluency in English (verbal and written)BenefitsInnovative Environment:
