    Description and Requirements:

Marketing Consultant

We are looking for a person with a Marketing Consultant profile for Endesa's head office in Lisbon.

What is done in the Business Line and in the unit?


We are looking for a person with at least 3 years experience in customer loyalty and retention plans, preferably in the energy sector (electricity and gas), telecommunications or insurance.

With experience in the digital world and knowledge of CRM (Salesforce) and marketing automation (Marketing Cloud). With great working capacity, customer orientation and focus on analytics and continuous improvement.

What are you going to do?
Strategy, development and implementation of the area's loyalty and retention plans.

Loyalty:

  • Design and implementation of Loyalty Strategies, development of the Operating Model and Governance Model.
  • Negotiation and creation of agreements with Partners to offer customers exclusive advantages.
  • Design of actions to enhance their value and setting of KPIs.
  • Definition of the Annual Multichannel Communications Plan for the dynamization of the tools and reduction of the Churn Rate.
  • Execution of Marketing Campaigns with Target Audience segmentation.
  • Review and monitoring of the correct implementation of actions, continuous improvement of KPIs.
  • Support to online and offline marketing campaigns.

Retention:

  • Customer segmentation by value.
  • Analysis of churn rates.
  • Definition of actions for the different groups at different times.
  • Implementation in different channels.
  • Monitoring of actions through analytics (KPIs), reports and dashboards, being able to detect possible improvements and implement them as quickly as possible.
  • Management of external suppliers and coordination with other areas of Endesa.
  • Identification of possible opportunities and improvements to achieve objectives.
  • Ensuring the alignment of the projects and actions developed with the commercial objectives of the B2C Portugal segment.
  • Supporting sales channels with specific actions.

What are we looking for in you?
It will be a prerequisite for the position that you have the following training and/or knowledge:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Management/Business Administration/Economics/Marketing
  • Ability to build longterm partnerships.
  • Active and entrepreneurial attitude.
  • Management by Objectives.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills.
  • Knowledge of advanced data visualisation tools: QlikView, Tableau, PowerBI
  • Knowledge of project management methodologies
  • Advanced MS user (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook, Teams).
  • CRM (Salesforce )
  • Knowledge Networking; Use outofthe box thinking to develope and implement solutions; Strong Communication & negotiation skills; Solutions oriented; Strong strategic and data analysis skills; Curiosity and experimented mindset; Adapts well to and is energized by change.
  • Data & Analytics.
  • Fluent: Portuguese, English, Spanish.
In addition, it will be an asset if you have:

  • MBA, Postgraduate in Digital Marketing.
  • Strong leadership skills to influence both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Knowledge of advanced analytics / data science: database processing, SQL, machine learning,... Knowledge of RPA (robotic process automation) and experience in working with ICT.
  • Knowledge of legislation related to the activity of selling energy and services. Especially General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and experience in working with the legal area.
  • Experience in the energy sector (Electricity and Natural Gas).

Work experience
Minimum of 3 years experience in customer retention and loyalty plans.

Other information

It will be an asset:
Knowledge of Salesforce and Marketing cloud: basic knowledge of the tool and its possibilities. Operate it at a basic level.

Experience in building Journeys.

Great ability to work and work in a team.

Experience in loyalty and retention plans for at least 3 years.
