We are looking for a Salesforce Marketing Cloud Consultant to join our global team of 6,000 professionals in more than 60 offices worldwide.

**What will you be doing?**

As a Salesforce Marketing Cloud Consultant, your responsibilities will include:

- Develop and implement (business) marketing automation / CRM strategies
- Collaborate with strategic stakeholders to define long-term goals and translate them into tactical goals
- Collaborate with marketing teams to understand their goals, challenges, and pain points, and work with them to identify opportunities for process improvements.
- Advise and guide marketing teams on best practices for utilizing Salesforce Marketing Cloud functionalities effectively, ensuring maximum efficiency and campaign success
- Search for new opportunities across technology and channels to further develop our clients
- Analyze marketing data and metrics to provide insights and recommendations for enhancing marketing strategies, customer segmentation, and targeting
- Work closely with marketing stakeholders to design and improve customer journeys, ensuring seamless and personalized experiences for our audiences
- Lead workshops to educate the main stakeholders on CRM strategies and inspire/enable them to leverage the technology
- Act as a liaison between marketing teams and business stakeholders, translating strategy requirements into actionable campaigns when necessary
- Drive collaboration and alignment between different (local/regional) marketing teams to ensure a single approach in leveraging Salesforce technology across the organisation
- Stay up-to-date with the latest marketing automation and technology trends to ensure we stay innovative and competitive

**What do we expect from you?**
- 3+ years of experience in Salesforce Marketing Cloud implementation/development projects, as a technical consultant
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
- Knowledge of SSJS capabilities and APIs within the tool. Ability to design solutions integrating these capabilities
- Knowledge and ability to execute in HTML, AMPscript and SQL Query
- Point of communication with the customers, being able to lead the account and conversations in which they are involved
Experience with Salesforce CRM
