Agile Delivery Lead

You will be involved in all areas of delivery, driving continuous improvement through coaching. You'll need to be confident in challenging business requirements to ensure the teams are delivering the best possible outcome.
You'll work closely with the Product Owner to understand the Backlog, help the team translate that to deliverable iterations and ensure the software is released into Production.
Requirements:
It would be great if you have:
- Passion for building high performing, cross-functional digital teams.
- Strong understanding of cloud and microservices
- Working knowledge of Scrum, Kanban, Lean and DevOps frameworks
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- An understanding of the technology stacks the teams are developing in
- Experience leading one or more agile teams and can facilitate agile events and champion agile best practices, coaching and mentoring the team to ensure they gain the most benefit from their chosen framework
- Experience building strong working relationships with other Delivery Leads and stakeholders
- Measure and analyze team performance using appropriate tools and metrics
- Experience fostering an open and honest environment where achievements are celebrated and mistakes are learned from, demonstrating a high level of emotional intelligence to help resolve conflicts, where necessary.
- Experience championing continuous improvement by encouraging the team to trial new techniques and ways of working to support them in their pursuit of high performance.
