What you'll be doing at Webhelp
As a
French-Speaking Technical Support Advisor for small appliances, you will:
- Review requests, make appropriate decisions, and process accordingly
- Demonstrate the ability to analyze information and solve problems
- Indexation & electronic archiving in our document management tool.
- Work on continuous improvement for customer satisfaction
We'll be a great match if you:
Have a high level of French (written and oral) and fluent in English (B2):- Having previous customer experience is a plus
- Have excellent verbal and writing skills coupled with a formal and diplomatic stance
- Are proactive, selfmotivated, and a great team player
- Are nonEU residents, it is mandatory to have a valid work permit.
