Responsibilites
As Central ICS Coordinator

  • Supports the Central ICS Management team in implementing and continuously improve
- the Webasto's ICS Framework

  • Project manages the further rollouts of the ICS Framework to the remaining Webasto
- subsidiaries

  • Acts as main point of contact and support for the Webasto subsidiaries in ICS related
- matters

  • Coordinates the implementation of the internal controls in all Webasto entities as per the
  • Group's framework
  • Supports the Webasto subsidiaries in the timely completion of the ICS milestones as per
- the yearly ICS process cycle communicated by the Central ICS Management team

  • Consolidates the ICS results from all Webasto entities and prepare the Group's quarterly
- reports

  • Sets up and structures a communication system with all ICS coordinators at Group level,
- for information sharing, lessons learnt, milestone monitoring, etc.

  • Supports the Central ICS Management team in implementing initiatives to further
- improve the ICS process / framework

As Local ICS Coordinator (in WBS)

  • Plans, organizes and carries out the internal controls function in the local entity
  • Acts as the main point of contact internally, for all matters related to ICS
  • Facilitates the implementation of the groupwide defined controls within the local entity
  • Liaises with the local process and control owners, to ensure the design of the controls is
- appropriate to cover the local risks

  • Provides necessary trainings to local ICS testers, Process Owners and Control Owners
  • Coordinates the execution of the Test of Design (ToD) and Test of Effectiveness (ToE)
- of the local controls, as per the ICS timeline provided by the Central ICS Management
- team

  • Ensures the independent (crossdepartmental) testing of the effectiveness of the internal
- controls is executed to the required level of quality

  • Reports controls deficiencies identified internally and monitors their timely remediation
  • Ensures appropriate internal communication to raise awareness about ICS within the
- local organization

  • Takes necessary actions, and engages with local management, to ensure ICS has the
- necessary management attention in the local organisation

  • Identifies areas of strengths and weaknesses in the local implementation of the internal
- controls, and engages in continuous education and staff development regarding ICS
- know-how

  • Provides regular updates / reports to the Central ICS Management team, regarding the
- completion of the milestones of the yearly ICS process, and/or any feedback regarding
- improvement measures

Requirements:

  • Educated to degree level in a related field or equivalent
  • 3 to 5 years experience in accounting, finance, auditing or Business Management in a
- rapidly growing business

  • Demonstrated knowledge and experience working with internal controls
  • Pragmatic approach to defining and implementing controls within business processes
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Strong analytical skills. Detail oriented and ability to work and interpret figures and other
- financial information

  • Strong written and oral communication skills
  • Ability to address issues and effect change
  • Ability to demonstrate a professional and objective perspective at all times
  • Capable of working under pressure in a fastpaced environment
  • Good general commercial and financial awareness
  • A 'cando' attitude and resilient character with the ability to manage expectations
