What you'll do
Coordinate, operate and upgrade Internal Control SystemMaintain and develop cartography of processes (incl. embedded controls) and their associated risks in consultation with business unitsIdentify, analyse, and follow up on improvements of business processes and controlsAssist in production of ISAE 3402 control reportsPerform ad—hoc internal review of the control's documentation and performanceSupport business units with the implementation of mitigation measuresAssist in performing deep dive into certain area of the businessAssist in audit management with external and internal auditorsAssist in senior management reportingContribute to team effort by assisting other team members when necessary What you'll need
Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience in a big four company, financial institution or consulting firmHigher education in business administration, economics or lawTeam player with high problem-solving competence, capable of working autonomouslyFast learner with high levels of professionalism and diplomacyExcellent communication and presentation skillsProactive, dynamic, independent and reliableOutput-driven while having high quality standardsShowing team player mentality and passion for your workIT skills: MS Excel, MS Word, MS Powerpoint, viflow is a plusLanguage skills: Full working proficiency in English (any additional language is a plus) Why you'll love working here
