Full-Time Company Administrator / Customer Support Officer needed We are a diverse start-up working in the fields of touristic accommodation and activities, campervan rentals, and construction, looking for 2 full time company administrators / customer support officers (combined role) to join the team.

This position is ideal for someone with previous administrative or customer service experience, looking for their next opportunity. The role also comes with the opportunity of career development into management roles for the right candidate.

Job Responsibilities:
Manage administrave tasks company wide Answer the phone, emails, and other communications Provide Personal Assistant Support to the owner Provide Customer Service Support for all businesses (accommodation, campervans, construction)

Manage Customer Complaints and Customer Reviews Provide support to internal teams Organise calendar and tasks of the team Ensure procedures are being followed Required Skills and Experiene Speak European Portuguese and Advanced English Have an excellent capacity to communicate with people from all nationalities and backgrounds Demonstrate excellent time management and multitasking skills Highly organised Have a strong working knowledge of Microsoft office (Word, Excel) Be proactive and have the ability to work indpendently Previous experience working in a administration or customer service role Details:
Immediate Start Schedule Person A: Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm (Saturday and Sunday OFF)

Schedule Person B:
Saturday to Tuesday 8am to 5pm, Wednesday 4pm to 1am (Thursday and Friday OFF) #J-18808-Ljbffr
