O nosso principal objetivo é criar relacionamentos duradouros e significativos com os nossos clientes. Procuramos um profissional para integrar o departamento de Office Management.

Responsabilidades Garantir o bom funcionamento dos escritórios; Participar na implementação e cumprimento de procedimentos internos; Receção de clientes, parceiros e fornecedores; Gestão de compras e economato; Gestão da frota automóvel; Gestão de calendário e salas de reunião; Organização de eventos; Tratamento de correspondência e gestão de serviços de estafeta; Apoio administrativo a todos os departamentos da empresa.

Qualificações Licenciatura em Secretariado e Administração e/ou outros similares; Profissional apaixonado/a pela área administrativa e receção; Dedicação, proatividade e organização; Capacidade analítica; Foco em objetivos e soluções; Domínio das ferramentas Microsoft Office; Fluente em Inglês; Carta de Condução; Disponibilidade imediata.
