Position Summary

Procuramos Head of Strategy para integrar a nossa agência digital - Reprise - e apoiar o Digital Client Service Director em todas as áreas relacionadas com a estratégia digital dos clientes da agência (projetos, new business, formação, apresentações), sendo a tua principal função o desenvolvimento de estratégias a apresentar aos clientes, a sua adaptação, sempre que necessário, e a sua apresentação.

Key Responsibilities

Terás como principais responsabilidades:

  • Participar na receção dos briefings dos clientes e desenvolver as estratégias mais adequadas, de acordo com os objetivos do cliente, incluindo a apresentação das mesmas aos clientes;
  • Redefinir as estratégias originais, sempre que necessário;
  • Ser o ponto de ligação com os diversos departamentos, nomeadamente, digital, branded content, insight, bem como com agências criativas e meios de comunicação, de forma a adaptar as necessidades/desafios/objetivos do cliente às estratégias globais de comunicação;
  • Analisar as tendências do mercado e estar a par das novidades sobre os vários produtos/serviços, de forma a poder adaptar as propostas estratégicas e sugerir novas abordagens, com recomendações e projeções aos clientes;
  • Apoiar nas formações internas, relacionadas com a área;
  • Identificar, desenvolver e experimentar novas ideias /conceitos/ abordagens estratégicas, de forma a assegurar uma cultura de aprendizagem contínua;
  • Participar na definição das estratégias para new business.

Desired Skills & Experience

Pretendemos alguém com:

  • Formação superior ao nível da licenciatura;
  • Mínimo de 4 anos de experiência profissional em funções semelhantes, nomeadamente, em planeamento de meios, estratégia e consumer insight, numa agência de meios, ou experiência em estratégia de digital em agência ou num departamento de marketing e/ou comunicação;
  • Conhecimentos dos meios de offline e de digital;
  • Fortes capacidades de comunicação, storytelling e apresentação;
  • Conhecimentos sólidos das ferramentas Office, nomeadamente, Excel e PowerPoint;
  • Conhecimentos em planeamento de projetos TV, rádio e digital, assim como experiência na venda e gestão de projetos especiais de conteúdo com os publishers/parceiros de media nacionais (preferencial);
  • Experiência em gestão de projetos (preferencial);
  • Proatividade, capacidade de análise crítica, organização, criatividade, capacidade de trabalhar sob pressão e com deadlines apertados, atenção ao detalhe e espírito de equipa;
  • Fluência em inglês.
