Your Central Role
As a Cook at Reîa Collective Restaurants, your responsibilities will vary based on your position level:

1st Cook:

Culinary Leadership:Assist the Head Chef in leading the kitchen team, ensuring the highest standards of food quality, presentation, and consistency.

Menu Execution:Execute menu items with precision, adhering to recipes and culinary standards established by the Head Chef.
-
Quality Control:Oversee the preparation and plating of dishes to ensure they meet Reîa Collective's exacting culinary standards.
-
Kitchen Management: Assist in inventory management, ordering supplies, and maintaining kitchen sanitation to uphold health and safety regulations.

2nd Cook:

-
Station Responsibility:Assume responsibility for a specific kitchen station, preparing and cooking menu items according to established recipes and standards.
-
Collaborative Support: Assist the 1st Cook and kitchen team in various tasks, contributing to a smooth and efficient workflow.
-
Quality Assurance: Ensure the quality and consistency of dishes by following proper cooking techniques and presentation guidelines.
-
Ingredient Preparation: Assist in ingredient preparation, including chopping, slicing, and portioning, to support timely execution of menu items.

3rd Cook:

Preparation Support: Assist the kitchen team in preparing ingredients, sauces, and components for menu items under the guidance of the 1st and 2nd Cooks.

Cooking Assistance:Support the 1st and 2nd Cooks in cooking and assembling dishes, learning and refining culinary techniques along the way.
-
Kitchen Organization: Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations and equipment, ensuring a smooth and efficient operation.

Your Exceptional Qualifications

To excel in these roles, you bring:


  • Culinary Experience: Previous experience in a professional kitchen environment is preferred, with specific experience relevant to the position level.

Passion for Excellence: A dedication to delivering exceptional food quality and presentation, with a commitment to upholding Reîa Collective's culinary standards.

Team Collaboration:Ability to work collaboratively with kitchen colleagues, demonstrating effective communication and teamwork.

O Seu Papel Central
Como Cozinheiro nos Restaurantes Reîa Collective, as suas responsabilidades variarão de acordo com o nível do cargo:

1o Cozinheiro:

Liderança Culinária: Auxiliar o Chef Principal em liderar a equipa de cozinha, garantindo os mais altos padrões de qualidade, apresentação e consistência dos alimentos.

Execução do Menu:Executar itens do menu com precisão, seguindo receitas e padrões culinários estabelecidos pelo Chef Principal.

Controlo de Qualidade:Supervisionar a preparação e montagem dos pratos para garantir que atendam aos exigentes padrões culinários do Reîa Collective.

Gestão de Cozinha:Auxiliar no controlo de stock, pedidos de suprimentos e manutenção da higiene da cozinha para cumprir as regulamentações de saúde e segurança.
