NIQ is seeking a talented Sales Enablement Specialist to play a key role in enabling sellers to be more efficient and stay focused on winning business.

The Analytics Sales Enablement is a Western European role supporting our Analytic Sales teams across all Western European markets on pre-sales content generation.

This is a critical role in the overall sales process developing commercial and client ready material that increases the capacity of our sales team and improving our new business strike rate.

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of analytics and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve all objectives.

RESPONSIBILITIESGeneration and development of client personalized 'gift of content' based on current NIQ data and models to show the problem and benefit of investing in an NIQ Analytic solutions.

Produce compelling and visually engaging presentations using tools such as PowerPoint, with a keen eye for design aesthetics and an ability to effectively convey complex ideas through clear and impactful visualizations.

Create visually appealing case studies to effectively showcase project methodologies, outcomes and key insights, fostering a comprehensive understanding of client successes and solutions.

Serve as expert on content available and location of assets + sharepoint keeper of sales material.
Generate and share project scope feasibility based on client requests using current NIQ data.

Create and/ or adapt existing content in format and branding (including but not limited to pitch decks, proposals, email templates) based on sales insight, persona and segment.

Leads key RFP response workstreams in partnership with Sales (includes gathering requirements for feasibility, capacity and resource allocation, delivery timeline, pricing /solution grid summaries) to effectively respond by deadlines.

Generation of internal training content leveraging mindtickle where possible.

Serve as an expert on internal sales processes and CRM utilization to guide sellers on best practices and ensure adherence.

Support product releases by gaining an understanding of new products / features, serve as a knowledge resource for sellers and provide timely feedback to Product Marketing on information requested by both sellers and clients.

Maintain a Newsletter aimed at sharing successes, achievements, and best practices among the sales and delivery teams.
Create reports to identify bottlenecks in the sales cycle and track created opportunities on a weekly basis.

Effectively manage day-to-day tasks to ensure opportunities progress to close won as quickly as possible, including assisting with pitches, pricing and proposals and contracts.

Must be passionate about ensuring a positive customer experience and understand how to personalize messaging to ensure buyers have the right information at the right time to make decisions quickly and confidently.

The ideal candidate is detail oriented with excellent verbal and written English communication, active listening and time management skills.
QUALIFICATIONSBachelor's Degree, studied Marketing, Business or something similar at University.

Have - 5 years of experience working in a similar position, preferably in FMCG.Able to effectively communicate in a cross-country environment.

Knowledgeable of Salesloft and LinkedIn Sales Navigator is good to have.
Ability to work with large data sets.
Ability to work as part of a team or on your own.
