Senior Manager, Advanced Marketing Analytics

We are on the lookout for an experienced and proactive Senior Manager, Advanced Marketing Analytics and Business Intelligence to establish and lead our marketing data science team.

The perfect candidate will excel at utilizing data to steer Go-To-Market strategies, grasp customer behavior, and evaluate marketing and Go-To-Market performance.

The triumphant candidate will oversee the creation and execution of advanced analytics, data mining, and statistical modeling techniques to tackle intricate marketing and Go-To-Market obstacles and propel business expansion.


Key Responsibilities for this Role:
  • Leadership and Team Management:Build, guide, and nurture a team of data scientists and analysts across various locations including outside the US

Data Strategy and Analytics:
  • Develop and oversee in-house predictive models and segmentation strategies.
  • Develop and manage lead, contact, and account targeting and prioritization frameworks.
  • Leverage predictive modeling and machine learning to predict trends and customer behavior.
  • Create and execute a comprehensive data strategy supporting marketing and SDR decision-making and Go-To-Market optimization.
  • Supervise the design and implementation of experiments and A/B tests to enhance marketing effectiveness.

Performance Measurement:
  • Design and maintain core dashboards and reports monitoring KPIs and ROI.
  • Analyze campaign performance and customer engagement metrics to pinpoint growth and optimization opportunities.
  • Analyze in-product user journeys and offer recommendations to product and marketing teams.
  • Provide practical insights and strategic suggestions to marketing and executive leadership teams.

Technology and Innovation:
  • Keep up with the latest trends and advancements in marketing analytics and data science.
  • Evaluate and suggest new tools, technologies, and methodologies to enhance the team's capabilities and efficiency.
  • Collaborate with IT and engineering teams to improve data infrastructure and analytics platforms.

Collaboration and Influence:
  • Collaborate with marketing and Go-To-Market leaders to comprehend business challenges and develop data-driven solutions.
  • Communicate complex analytical outcomes and insights clearly and persuasively to stakeholders at all levels.
  • Influence strategic decisions through a profound understanding of data and analytics.

Qualifications for this Role:
  • Master's degree or PhD in a quantitative field (e.g., Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, or related field).
  • 7+ years of experience in data science or a related field, with a proven track record in marketing analytics.
  • Robust leadership skills and experience in managing a team of data professionals.
  • Deep expertise in data mining, statistical analysis, machine learning, and predictive modeling.
  • Proficiency with data science and analytics tools (e.g., Python, R, SQL, Tableau).
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities, with the knack for converting complex data into actionable business insights.
  • Strategic thinking paired with a strong problem-solving acumen.
  • Experience with big data technologies and cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Google Cloud, Azure) is advantageous.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and marketing automation tools.
