  • Conducting analysis on promotions focusing on Volume, Net Sales, profitability, and investment efficiency to establish strategic guidelines for a more effective promotional strategy tailored to each client and brand
  • Monitoring and evaluating financial KPIs related to promotions at the client and brand levels
  • Providing recommendations on promotional and pricing policies, as well as assessing new formats and products to align with the company's strategy for adapting categories towards a sustainable future
  • Driving the search for business proposals to meet set targets, managing KPIs such as price, portfolio, mix, and promotions
  • Offering support to the team in Revenue KPIs and aiding in defining action plans to achieve internal objectives

About You

To excel in this role, we consider the following attributes important:

  • Degree in Management, Marketing, or Economics
  • Minimum of 3 years experience in a similar role
  • Financial acumen including PL Management for clients and brands, as well as proficiency in pricing, promotions, and ROI analysis
  • Strong analytical skills using Excel and Power BI
  • Strategic thinking and the ability to propose business recommendations
  • Effective communication, interpersonal skills, proactivity, and problem-solving mindset
  • Enthusiasm for learning, adapting to challenges, and being proactive
  • Ability to adapt to unforeseen changes and challenges
