We set our Product vision and achieve our strategy in close partnership with teams across the business.THE ROLE
As a member of the Consumer Product team for Private Client, you will be responsible for promoting the product strategy and definition by translating our most valuable customer needs and goals into business and product requirements.
You will partner with the Analytics, Research, Design, Private Client, Engineering, and other Consumer Product teams to deepen our customer understanding and build experiences that will nurture their loyalty and relationship with Farfetch.
WHAT YOU'LL DO- Contribute to the product vision for the Fashion concierge & establish a clear and ambitious product roadmap, which contributes to the broader domain strategy and Consumer Products strategy; Champion the needs of our internal and external users throughout the development process, ensuring that development meets/exceeds user needs and that FC products are scalable and robust Work with stakeholders to develop and validate defensible and meaningful business cases which address the needs and opportunities. Establish the metrics for user and customer opportunity and feature development within your domain; Participate in the cross-functional effort during the entire product development lifecycle and manage dependencies with stakeholders, negotiate and reprioritize as appropriate. Create a monthly commitment of a roadmap with engineering leads. Work with the development team to set clear goals for their remit;WHO YOU ARE- Passionate about developing user centric products Experienced in a product management or similar role and proven experience working in cross-functional teams Experienced in understanding and handling customer needs and problems; Experience working in tooling, product catalogue management or merchandise management is highly desirable Experienced in shaping a product roadmap based on partner needs, research, data, and industry trends; Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)REWARDS &BENEFITS- Health insurance for the whole family, a flexible working environment, and wellbeing support and tools
