Claire Joster is currently recruiting for a european leader in Customer Experience and Business Solutions, which intends to strengthen its internal structure with the integration of a Recruiter – German/Dutch Speaker (m/f).

As a Recruiter, you will be responsible for: Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements and candidate profiles; Source candidates through various channels; Review and screen resume to identify qualified candidates; Conduct initial phone screenings and interviews to assess candidates' qualifications and cultural fit; Manage the candidate interview process, including follow-ups, feedback and reference checks; Extend job offers and negotiate compensation packages; Maintain candidate information up to date in applicant tracking system; Build and maintain a candidate pipeline for future positions

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Sociology or equivalent; Minimum of 6 month's experience in similar roles; Experience with sourcing techniques; Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems and resume databases; German or Dutch fluency (C1 level) and intermediate English (B2 level); Strong organization, communication, and presentation skills.
