We are recruiting on behalf of our client - a world’s leading outsourcing company that provides services related to customer/technical support and content moderation. It is present on many European markets, Portugal included.

**About the project**:
You will be supporting German-speaking customers of a technology company which manufactures commercial remotely manned aircraft (called RPAs, unmanned aerial vehicles or drones) for various activities. It also designs and manufactures camera systems, gimbal stabilizers, sensors, propulsion systems, enterprise software and flight control systems.

**Your tasks**:

- Monitors CSR’s performance on a daily basis, by taping, listening to, reviewing and evaluating calls.
- Provides appropriate feedback to CSR's on quality of service to ensure adherence to procedures and scripts with the aim to improve the service delivered to the caller in all aspects (soft skills, product knowledge, systems skills)
- Reports script problems or questions to appropriate areas
- Makes monthly call monitoring plan and execute this plan. Keeps track of what has been achieved
- Provides relevant information for Monthly Quality Report.
- Acts at least half a day per week as CSR to keep up experience
- Participates in monthly calibrating sessions to ensure that scoring skills and interpretation of calls are at the same level as that of other QARs.
- Ensures that all team members comply fully with the security policies and requirements, ensuring staff is given an appropriate level of knowledge/awareness to be able to comply with the policies within the context of their role and taking appropriate action when non-compliance is identified.

**You only need**:

- Fluency in **Dutch language **(must be at least C2)
- Fluent level of **English language **(at least C1)
- Minimum of 6 months working in BPO production or comparable customer service
- Should be at least one certified/finalized professional education
- EU citizenship or full working rights.
- Be located in Lisbon

**Your rewards**:

- **Base salary: 1000€ maximum (2nd stage) x 14 months**:

- **Language bonus: 200€**:

- **Monthly performance bonus (paid after the 3rd month): up to 120€**:

- **Language loyalty bonus: 300€ every 3 months**:

- **3000€ Signing bonus - 1000 euros paid after 1st month - 250€ paid per quarter (8 Quarters - 24months)**:

- **Meal allowance: 7,17€ per worked day**
