Responsabilidades:

  • Oferecer consultoria personalizada a clientes de alto nível no mercado de imóveis de luxo.
  • Desenvolver estratégias de marketing exclusivas para propriedades de prestígio.
  • Estabelecer e manter relações duradouras com clientes e parceiros.
  • Angariação e venda de imóveis
  • Acompanhar as últimas tendências e inovações no setor de imobiliário de luxo em Portugal.
  • Usar diariamente o CRM software

Requisitos:

  • Experiência comprovada no mercado imobiliário de luxo.
  • Excelentes habilidades de comunicação e negociação.
  • Ter uma apresentação cuidada
  • Visão estratégica e capacidade de oferecer um serviço personalizado
  • Conhecimento profundo do mercado imobiliário local.
  • Domínio da língua inglesa, outros idiomas serão um plus
  • Carta de condução e veículo próprio (preferencial)
  • Ter os valores pessoais alinhados com os da empresa (confiança, integridade, estabilidade e longevidade)
