Role Overview

We are looking for a person to support the Data & Analytics organization to coordinate and produce content including internal and external media.

We count on you for:

  • Producing and publishing content for our internal communications channels;
  • Designing visual assets for the Data & Analytics organization initiatives;
  • Organizing innovative and impactful communications campaigns for the organization, from the drafting of the proposal to the production of impact reports;
  • Liaising with our communications organization in IT and Solvay;
  • Conducting research on possible multipliers and stakeholders and establishing relations with them;
  • Conducting research on target audiences and topics for our communications initiatives;
  • Identifying trends and developments in public debate on data and analytics and drafting reports,
  • Planning and organizing communications initiatives for the organization

You will bring:

  • A master's or bachelor's degree in communications, international relations, business administration, political science, marketing, public relations or a similar field;
  • Experience of producing communication materials, both written and visual, and the ability to simplify complex concepts and texts;
  • Intermediate skills in MSOffice and/or Google Suite (Slides, GSheet, GDocs);
  • Fluent English;
  • Creative and curious;
  • Proactive, team player, and multi tasker;
  • Efficient and organized,
  • Openminded
