THE ROLE


Part of the Client Management department, the responsibilities of an Case Executive include identifying private clients' needs in advance and explain all process to the Client, being a trusted partner along the way.

As an onboarding specialist must have excellent communication skills, be organised and detail-oriented and will be passionate about customer service.


THE CHALLENGE

  • Guide in supporting new clients through processes of onboarding consultation pending country and citizenship/residency program chosen.
  • Request documents for all mandatory local procedures.
  • Review options for investment solutions.
  • Keep Clients on the loop at all stages of the process briefing them on all pertinent matters.
  • Partnership work with law firms, real estate, funds and other internal teams to develop strong hold of the client's process.
  • Develop a thorough understanding of our programs and service offerings to better inform and assure the client.
  • Seek other bank relationships.
  • Billing support.
  • Reviewing support materials provided by marketing for outdated information.
  • Reporting.

ABOUT YOU

  • High level of English, written and spoken.
  • The ability to adapt, interact and manage with different types of individuals from differentiated cultures.
  • The ability to design and implement adequate consulting strategies for each process stage.
  • Strong verbal and written communication.
  • Good interpersonal skills.
  • A working knowhow of local administrative framework.
  • Strong eye for detail and troubleshooting attitude.
  • The ability to take/provide constructive and positive feedback.
  • Skill in communicating effectively in writing, using audienceappropriate language and terminology and with a variety of personalities across all levels of the organisation.
  • Able in managing time and multiple work streams and meeting various deadlines, with fast pace processes.
  • Ability to solve problems creatively and effectively.
  • Rightminded teamwork mindset
  • Strong work ethic.
