Role Purpose:

  • Be customerfacing, manage, coordinate, monitor the customer orders delivery and improve the customer experience according to Colt values by:
  • Being the key customer contact during the entire delivery life-cycle, from the order assignment to the hand-over (including billing matters)
  • Validating and amending the customer requirements once orders are placed
  • Being involved in the technical and process purposes
  • Coordinating and following the different teams within Colt
  • Completing the orders with respect to quality, cost optimization and lead times
  • Reporting regularly the progress report to the customer

Key Accountabilities:

  • SPOC for customer & Colt departments related to the delivery process
  • Ensure internal and external proper communication on orders/projects
  • Take the ownership and leadership of each order/projec
  • Place proactive escalations and prioritizations

Experience:

Have customer service background and experience

Skills/Qualifications:

  • Ability to communicate effectively with customers and colleagues of multinational and multicultural nature.
  • Ideally skills and technological background on technologies like Transmission, Ethernet, IP & Voice
  • Fluency in French as well as good working knowledge of English
  • Able to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Demonstrate ability to operate effectively in a highly complex matrix organization.
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Organized and methodical and Microsoft office knowledges
