Descrição do empregoA IKEA Industry Paços de Ferreira está à procura de um(a):HEALTH & SAFETY DEVELOPERO/A Health & Safety Developer, enquanto agente promotor de uma cultura de segurança na unidade, tem como principal missão garantir as boas condições de saúde e segurança bem como assegurar o cumprimento de toda a legislação do país e as normas interna IKEA relativamente à área de saúde e segurança no trabalho

Nesta função tu vais:

  • Promover uma cultura de saúde e segurança na empresa, desenvolvendo as ações necessárias;
  • Analisar a legislação e outros requisitos H&S garantindo a sua implementação;
  • Identificar condições perigosas, bem como avaliar e controlar riscos;
  • Avaliar e propor medidas corretivas nas seguintes áreas: segurança de máquinas, incêndios, produtos químicos e ergonomia;
  • Definir e avaliar equipamentos de proteção individual;
  • Desenvolver processos de avaliação de riscos profissionais;
  • Conceber, programar e desenvolver medidas de prevenção e de proteção;
  • Coordenar tecnicamente as atividades de saúde e segurança no trabalho;
  • Participar na definição das componentes materiais do trabalho;
  • Assegurar a organização da documentação necessária à gestão da prevenção na empresa;
  • Promover a informação e a formação dos trabalhadores e demais intervenientes nos locais de trabalho.
  • Valorizas um ambiente diverso, inclusivo, onde todos são importantes e contribuem para o resultado final;
  • Tens o CAP de Téc. Superior Segurança no Trabalho, como fator eliminatório;
  • Tens experiência prévia na área de Saúde & Segurança no Trabalho, como fator preferencial,
  • Dominas a Língua Inglesa, verbal e escrita;
  • Tens capacidade de criar cultura e inspirar os outros;
  • Tens boa capacidade de comunicação;
  • És orientado(a) para as pessoas;
  • Tens espírito de entreajuda e vontade de partilhar conhecimentocom os outros.
