Procuramos profissionais com experiência consolidada na área de
Recursos Humanos, que tenham interesse em passar para a área da
Consultoria e assim contribuir com o seu _know-how_ para a implementação de plataforma de gestão de talento nos mais diversos clientes, nacionais e internacionais.

O que precisas para entrar na nossa equipa

  • Formação académica em Recursos Humanos/Ciências da Educação/Educação e Formação
  • Conhecimentos em configuração de ferramentas Learning Talent Management (Systems (Cornerstone, Sucess Factors, Talentia, Taleo, etc.)
  • Certificação em Cornerstone
  • Experiência em Recursos Humanos
  • Bons conhecimentos de Excel
  • Noções de HTML
  • Facilidade de relacionamento interpessoal e de comunicação

Fluência em Inglês (escrita e conversação) - mandatório

  • Capacidade para trabalhar em equipa e individualmente
  • Rigor e sentido de responsabilidade
  • Capacidade de análise e resolução de problemas
  • Dinamismo e autonomia
  • Versatilidade
  • Residir em Portugal e ter a devida documentação
