Key Responsibilities:

  • Independently defining and creating customer service websites in close collaboration with clients and the user experience team. This includes troubleshooting tips, installation instructions, process descriptions, help pages for products and services, and FAQ pages
  • Editing and reviewing website content, including text, images, and videos
  • Collaborating with stakeholders from various business areas and integrating feedback from different perspectives to create a cohesive, user-centric customer experience
  • Communicating any problems or delays promptly within the company and presenting potential solutions
  • Working closely with designers, usability experts, and developers both within and outside the team
Efficiently handling high-volume tasks, such as filling in language versions of pre-existing websites in French, Italian, and EnglishMust Haves:

  • Native German speaker with strong proficiency in spoken and written English
  • Passionate about storytelling and experienced in creating digital content (Content Management)
  • Familiar with online content management systems, preferably Storyblok
  • Experienced with agile working methods (e.g., Scrum, SAFE model, etc.)
  • Proficient in using error management (ticketing) and project management systems (e.g., JIRA, Confluence, Octane, MS Teams, Trello, etc.)
  • Strong conceptual thinker with high-quality standards, excellent communication and organisational skills, and a team-oriented approach
