We are on a steep growth curve, and therefore looking for a Digital Content & Social Media Manager to join our growing Marketing team.

This position will be based in Portugal, Spain, Italy or Germany with a hybrid/remote set-up.

Tasks

  • Monitor trends, top search results, and current events to stay on top of relevant topics to cover
  • Define the topics and create an engaging rubricator
  • Create strong visual and written content from scratch in line with the company's Tone of Voice for multiple different outlets ranging from, but not limited to the website, blog, informational materials, social media channels, digital mailings, and other.
  • Build and execute a complete and consistent Social Media strategy across all markets and channels
  • Align on a content calendar and automate the posting schedule
  • Adapt original and engaging content (text, photo, video) to different formats (stories, reels, blog posts, etc.)
  • Track SEO metrics and Social Media KPIs to constantly improve on performance to grow the website traffic (Organic & Paid), Social Channels' following, and Engagement Rates
  • Work with influencers and bloggers

Requirements:

  • Education in the area of Journalism, Communications, Creative Writing, Visual Arts
  • Fluent English, with bespoke writing skills, German language would be a plus
  • 2 years of experience in a similar position
  • Passion for all things Social, and the nature of a great storyteller able to create captivating content
  • Structured and goaloriented way of working
  • Confident handling of MS Office, Adobe Creative Cloud, Google Analytics. Sales Force knowledge would be a plus.
