Travel & Expenses Analyst (F/m/div)

Do you have experience in Travel and Expenses or Accounts Payable area? Do you want to experience an international environment and take your career to the next level? Then our Shared Service Center is waiting for you We are looking for a Travel & Expenses Analyst to join our Procurement department

In your new role you will:

  • Process
    Travel and Expense claims , including validation of receipts/invoices;
  • Ensure
    alignment with Infineon T&E Processes ,
    Guidelines, and Working Instructions ;
  • Monitor the timely
    delivery of missing information/documents **to ensure reimbursement to employees;
  • Ensure the
    accuracy of the data in expense claims, execute
    quality controls and
    payment run process;

Communicate with different teams to ensure that correct accounting, financial reporting, and settlement of revenue matters are accomplished;

  • Ensure that
    closing activities and regular controls are performed and
    calculate monthly KPIs for the different sites.


You have a great sense of urgency and attention to detail at all times, which allows you to the daily challenges without losing focus on quality.

You can work effectively under pressure, utilizing your ability to prioritize tasks to achieve our goal of excellence. Furthermore, your excellent communication skills enable you to quickly establish successful cooperation with others.

You are best equipped for this task if you have:

  • A
    University degree in Business Administration, Economics, Social Sciences, or a similar field of study;

At least 1-2 years of experience in Travel & Expenses or Accounts Payable;

  • Experience with Microsoft Office, especially
    Excel
  • SAP would be a plus;
  • Experience with travel and expenses software, such as
    Concur , is a plus;

Fluency in English
  • German is an advantage.
