Commercial Support Technician

Responsabilidades:

  • Operacionalizar atividades de suporte comercial, compreendendo no seu âmbito o ciclo comercial que abarca processos que vão desde a contratação, faturação, gestão de reclamações;
  • Assegurar o interface com entidades terceiras (externas e internas, nomeadamente Corporativas), quer do ponto de vista do cumprimento de requisitos de informação (recolha e expedição), quer no sentido de que são assegurados todos os procedimentos e contactos necessários à concretização das atividades comerciais a que é dado suporte;
  • Garantir a manutenção de dados nos sistemas informáticos de suporte, de forma rigorosa e atempada, de modo a assegurar a informação necessária à atividade comercial e permitir à gestão do negócio ter uma base credível e atualizada, conducente a uma ágil tomada de decisão;
  • Elaborar reporting periódico e/ou customizado no âmbito das atividades da área;
  • Monitorizar de forma regular e sistemática o cumprimento das cláusulas contratuais, por forma a apoiar a equipa de vendas na gestão proativa da relação com o cliente e promoção da sua fidelização e satisfação;
  • Acompanhar a emissão de faturação e assegurar a obtenção de informação relativa aos preços dos produtos, de forma a assegurar o desenvolvimento do processo de faturação nos moldes previstos e a conformidade dos valores com as condições acordadas;
  • Gerir reclamações de faturação, proceder a correções de anomalias detetadas e garantir a informação/resposta ao cliente.

Pretendemos:

  • Licenciatura em Contabilidade, Gestão ou Finanças (preferencial);
  • Experiência prévia de 2 anos em funções similares ou em funções de faturação, contabilidade e gestão de contratos (preferencial);
  • Domínio da língua inglesa e bons conhecimentos de espanhol (preferencial);
  • Bons conhecimentos de informática na ótica do utilizador: Office 365 (Excel nível intermédio/avançado, Word, aplicações colaborativas) e Ferramentas de gestão de tarefas (Dynamicspreferencial);
  • Bons conhecimentos em SAP;
  • Boa capacidade de comunicação escrita e verbal;
  • Forte capacidade de relacionamento interpessoal e espírito de Equipa;
  • Rigor no tratamento de informação;
  • Boa capacidade analítica e sentido crítico;
  • Forte dinamismo.
