Job Description

We are in search of an experienced Data Scientist with a solid background in advanced analytics, specifically in customer lifecycle analysis and clustering methods. Your role will involve utilizing your expertise to steer data-influenced decision-making, optimize customer journeys, and reveal valuable insights that have a direct impact on business growth. As a vital member of our AI team, you will work closely with product and engineering teams to create and implement innovative AI solutions.

Responsibilities:

  • Customer Lifecycle Analysis: Perform thorough examinations of customer behavior across their lifecycle, pinpointing crucial touchpoints and engagement prospects.
  • Clustering & Segmentation: Devise and execute sophisticated clustering models to categorize customers based on diverse attributes and behaviors.
  • Predictive Modeling: Construct predictive models to predict customer churn, lifetime value, and other pivotal metrics.
  • AI Product Development: Cooperate on the conceptualization and execution of AI-driven products and features that enhance the customer experience and bring business value.
  • Communication: Clearly convey discoveries and insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders utilizing data visualization and storytelling tactics.
Qualifications
  • Education: Possess a graduate degree in a quantitative field (Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, Operations Research, etc.). Individuals with different backgrounds showcasing a strong track record in Data & AI will also be considered.
  • Experience:
    • 4+ years of practical experience as a Data Scientist, Data Engineer, or Data Analyst, focusing intensively on customer analytics.
    • Demonstrated capability of applying advanced analytics techniques (e.g., clustering, segmentation, predictive modeling) to real-world challenges.
    • Prior exposure to data manipulation, ETL processes, and data warehouse design is advantageous.
  • Technical Skills:
    • Proficient in Python, with expertise in utilizing data science libraries (e.g., pandas, NumPy, scikit-learn, etc.).
    • Skilled in working with SQL.
    • Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, GCP, Azure) is beneficial.
    • Understanding of AI product development and deployment is a significant asset.
  • Soft Skills:
    • Advanced proficiency in English (mandatory).
    • Capable of collaborating effectively with interdisciplinary teams.
    • Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
