At the crossroads of various skills, OTO acts as a bridge with other professions, offering multiple ways of learning and adding value to the company, placing people at the heart of business success. OTOA is the local Hamburg team in OTO.
OTOA33 is an international team based in Hamburg, closely interacting with our international internal customers. We are responsible for the just-in-time delivery of 'internatco' (e.g. German design and installation location in France) to Airbus plants mainly outside Germany, especially Saint-Nazaire and Toulouse. We are also responsible for ordering parts for the A320 Family Final Assembly Line in Hamburg and Paint Shop. We recently also integrated a functional link to the local ordering organization in FAL Mobile USA.
Our multicultural team is managing a wide range of more than 50 suppliers across Europe and all over the world. We are looking for a motivated and open minded colleague as a boost for our Team. We are working in a flexible environment where mobile working is embedded into our routines and widely used. The Supply Officer is reflecting the center pillar of the triangle between Ordering (that's us), Contracts (Commercial Procurement buyers) and the Supply Chain Quality Manager.
responsabilidades chave
You will be supporting the Reward Operations department. You will be responsible to:
● Collect timesheet data and Personal Administration (PA) information / Implement sickness & accident leaves in the system
● Enter data into SAP or Workday /manage requests to update employees' personal datas (data entry, corrections, work schedule, ..) in Workday.
● Maintain accurate records of documentation and transactions
● Respond to PA / Time related inquiries and resolving concerns
● He ensures the archiving of administrative documents through various efiling, Google Drive, SFS and Workday processes.
● Monitor RPA performance for existing applications
competências
Previous experience working in Human Resources
Fluent in English + French
Experience in SAP, Workday & Google Suite
Good communication skills
Strong organizational and time management skills
Detail-oriented
Versatility to work with different technical tools
Understanding and demonstration of ethics and data protection/compliance
Results orientated, with a logical approach to completing tasks
Be able to work with minimal supervision and using own initiative
Demonstrate a can-do attitude in all areas
Ability to work under pressure to agreed deadlines
Critical thinking to identify opportunities for continuous improvement
Excellent interpersonal skills, be well organized and have a flexible approach
