About the Role
We're looking for a temporary HR Administrator profile to support the Travel team in delivering HR transactional services to the organization, as well as activities in accordance with established guidelines, so that Travel & Expenses (T&E) matters are administrated quickly and accurately.
This will be a position for 6 months with the possibility of extending it.
We're always looking for ways to improve our products and ourselves. If this is you, we'd love to talk.
What You Will Do
Maintain T&E reports in a information system (HRIS) so that information is accurate and secure. Perform quality checks and secures HR process delivery as defined in policies and legal regulations. Provide input to the key contact (team leader, manager) regarding needed changes, inefficiencies or other possible issues. Respond to enquiries and assist employees, managers to ensure that the information provided in Concur is accurate and complete. Follow-up with employees to verify that the information provided is accurate and complete. Maintain requests received via ServEss and secures that tickets are resolved within the agreed timeframe. Assist in communications to employees and line managers. Ensures compliance with GBS quality standards, other Essity policies and guidelines such as MICR (Minimum Internal Control Requirements) as well as legal regulations in the T&E area.Who You Are
Bachelor's degree Ability to work in a matrix structure organization Good collaboration and communication skills Ability to "think outside of the box" Good self management skills Fluency in English and knowledge of FrenchWhat We Can Offer You
