The Role:

This is an operational and hands-on-role that requires a very high level of organizational skill and attention to detail.

You will have a broad variety of responsibilities. Our offices are based in Portugal (Coimbra, Évora, Lisbon, Porto and Viseu) and also in Netherlands (Utrecht). You will be responsible for the Portuguese offices together with a senior colleague.

You will work side by side with the corporate People & Culture team based in The Netherlands;Key Responsibilities:

You will have responsibility and being actively involved for the full employee lifecyle regarding HR legal, administrative and operational tasks such as recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, payroll, training, holidays, benefits, promotions, bonus, exit interviews etc.

Collect and prepare the payroll to send to our external supplier and then review it;Process all paperwork associated with employment changes;Prepare or update employee analytical data such as hiring, promotions, leave, etc.

Maintain the HR procedures and policies aligned with the corporate strategy and culture;Support the implementation of HR policies and systems;Support performance evaluation, feedback, mentorship and other programs that might occur during the year;Support the Office support team with events or other tasks;Be open to work on others task as required by the business.


What we are looking for:
Degree in HR Management, Organizational Psychology or Management;At least 4 years' experience as HR admin or other HR position;Knowledge of HR functions (namely payroll, legal, flex benefits and onboarding / offboarding processes)


Be able to multi-task;Understanding of labor laws;Able to have technical communication in English (a must);Excellent interpersonal skills and able to influence relationships with different interlocutors;Strong attention to detail, even the small one and try to predict / oversee some challenges, questions that might occur;Discreet, confidentiality and ethic – able to handle confidential/sensitive information and involve the appropriate people.
