Job Description:
Responsibilities - your missionYou will be supporting the Reward Operations department and will be responsible for:Ensure quality and robust data in Excel file from Google form Long Service AwardEnsure for each Long Service Award there is a diploma or attestation from prefecture; if not, revive employees to complete their demandsArchive attestation and diploma in Drive shared with Reward OperationsSend two times per year Excel file with data to allow Reward Operations calculate and integrate Long Service AwardEnsure support level 1 to employee on Long Service Award topics through ServiceNowHave regular meetings with Reward Operations focal points to follow Long Service Award topics and cascade issues if neededReceive the sick leave certificate and analyze the types of sick leave (sickness leave, maternity leave, work accident, ...)Register the sick leave certificate of employees in SAPArchive the sick leave certificates according with the define process (GDPR data)Monitoring of salary certificates, follow up and resolution of anomalies Requirements - our ideal candidate will haveMandatory fluency in FrenchPrevious experience working in Human ResourcesKnowledge in SAP, Workday & Google SuiteGood communication skillsStrong organizational and time management skillsAbility to work under pressure to agreed deadlinesResults orientated, with a logical approach to completing tasksUnderstanding and demonstration of ethics and data protection/complianceCritical thinking to identify opportunities for continuous improvement Demonstrate a 'can-do' attitude in all areasVersatility to work with different technical toolsThis job requires an awareness of any potential compliance risks and a commitment to act with integrity, as the foundation for the Company's success, reputation and sustainable growth.
