CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE MANAGER (M/F)

PRINCIPAIS RESPONSABILIDADES:

  • Planeia, elabora, organiza e controla ações de comunicação para estabelecer, manter e aperfeiçoar o conhecimento mútuo entre os clientes e os restantes serviços;
  • Informa os superiores hierárquicos das questões colocadas pelos clientes de forma a permitir a sua eventual correção;
  • Estabelece contactos com os órgãos de comunicação social, entidades oficiais com vista à promoção da empresa.
