We are on the lookout for a creative Head of Marketing to join our dynamic team at SpotOnConnections-Spain in Home office.

In this role, you will oversee the marketing function across all of our verticals. As part of our value-driven matrix, you will focus on the capabilities of the marketing department.

Your primary responsibilities will be to the people in your team, you are expected to support, challenge and grow the team members.

You will also be responsible for staffing the team so that they can meet the demands of the business and provide strong SEA skills to all of our verticals.


Responsibilities:

  • You are responsible for our paid marketing channels and global marketing strategy
  • You implement and optimize robust processes and guidelines that ensure excellent and efficient operational SEA on a large scale
  • You lead a team of experienced SEA Managers with focus on providing regular feedbacks and supporting professional development
  • You ensure a motivated and high performing team by coaching and mentoring team members
  • You strategically grow the team by hiring new colleagues
  • You collaborate closely with Vertical Managers and translate business requirements into team development
  • You support the team in their daytoday work by taking over operational SEA management where needed
  • You grow, optimize and maintain a yearly mideightfigure SEA spend
  • You are part of our management team and actively drive our company strategy

Requirements:

  • You are a strong people leader with experience in coaching, mentoring and developing marketeers
  • You are experienced in hiring new team members and leading structured interviews
  • You have profound professional experience with focus on SEA, preferably in an agency, affiliate marketing company or affiliation related industry
  • You have excellent knowledge of technologies used in the SEA context (SEMrush, Google Sheets, Excel, BI Tools, etc.)
  • You are highly analytical and have a results oriented mindset
  • You are fluent in English and have experience in running SEA campaigns in foreign languages
  • You enjoy working within a fastmoving organization with "startup" energy
