Direção de Transformação Operacional, da
EDP Produção, que tem como missão liderar a transformação operacional da Plataforma, conduzindo a um desempenho de excelência dos processos de negócio, por via da sua otimização, padronização, automação, agilização e inovação, com foco na eficiência, na facilitação da comunicação e na adoção de boas práticas entre áreas e geografias.

Pretende reforçar a sua equipa com a contratação de um(a)
Business Transformation Specialist.

Principais responsabilidades:

  • Promover na organização o desenvolvimento e implementação de soluções inovadoras que impulsionem a eficiência dos processos, promovam novas formas de trabalhar, facilitem a colaboração e a implementação de melhores práticas transversais à Plataforma de Geração Convencional;
  • Dinamizar atividades no âmbito de gestão e transformação de processos empresariais da Plataforma de Geração Convencional, em particular na sua otimização, standardização, automação, agilização e inovação;
  • Desenvolver atividades no âmbito do Lean Office da Plataforma de Geração Convencional, nomeadamente na dinamização, disseminação, operacionalização e monitorização dos programas de Melhoria Contínua (LEAN e Kaizen);
  • Potenciar a Robotização e Automação de processos de negócio, em particular na identificação de oportunidades, apoio na especificação e na implementação, em coordenação com parceiros tecnológicos.

Que tipo de perfil procuramos?

  • Formação académica na área de Gestão, Engenharia, Gestão Industrial ou similares;
  • Experiência profissionais entre 2 a 8 anos em funções semelhantes;
  • Experiência na aplicação de metodologias de Inovação e Transformação em Processos;
  • Conhecimento e experiência de aplicação de metodologias de Melhoria Contínua, em particular Lean;
  • Competências Digitais do ponto de vista da utilização/desenvolvimento de ferramentas, em particular ferramentas de Produtividade e Colaboração, e ferramentas de análise, automação e robotização de processos empresariais;
  • Valorizase competências e/ou experiência na aplicação de Métodos Analíticos e Estatística, em particular no que respeita a aplicação em metodologias de medição de desempenho de processos;
  • Bons conhecimentos de ferramentas Office365;
  • Valorizada experiência em Power BI;
  • Domínio de Inglês e conhecimentos básicos de Espanhol.
