The Profile:

  • You have excellent communication skills in Dutch with fluent English (B2)
  • Strong focus on customer needs
  • Able to balance a customeroriented and a resultsdriven approach
  • Strong communication, problemsolving, and active listening skills
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and thrive in a fastpaced and targetdriven environment

Your responsibilities:

  • Identify customers needs to diagnose and resolve problems
  • Solve customer queries and concerns regarding the company's products as well as deliveries, returns, refunds
  • Cross and upsell additional products
  • Handle calls from customers who have ordered or bought product/s
  • Offer support on queries regarding product availability
  • Assist with click and collecting orders
  • Ensures timely and efficient resolution of customers' inquiries
