The Role


As a pension brokerage specialist, you will have the opportunity to be responsible for the administration of German insured pension funds, including the follow up of the yearly renewal and drawing up the renewal report for the international reporting of GBM clients in collaboration with German pension brokerage administrators and relationship managers.

In addition, you will add value to the company by performing the following tasks:

  • Take-over of standardized recurring tasks / processes within the team.
  • Act as a point of reference on technical issues and nonstandard cases.
  • Followup of the renewal procedure of local and international customers.
  • Creation of information brochures for the employees of our clients.
  • Documentation of conducted process step.
  • Support implementation of new customers in our pension administration system.

The Requirements
You are the person that we are looking for if you have:

  • High school diploma or academic degree
  • Fluency in English is mandatory. German is a great plus.
  • Relevant knowledge of the pension insurance market
  • Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Cando approach
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Strong organizational skills with a methodical approach
  • Knowledge of MS Office, especially MS Excel
