COMPLIANCE AUDITOR

Responsibilities / Functions:
o Execution of audits in accordance with the related aeronautical regulations (EASA Air OPS, Part CAMO...)

o Follow up of non-conformities

o Follow up of recommendations for improvement

o Assistance in development of procedures and related training

o Analysis of future aeronautical regulations changes

o Audit checklist updating

o Cooperation in other functions of the department as:

  • ISO standards monitoring
  • Assitance in investigations
  • Safety and compliance promotion activities
  • KPI`s and internal reporting
  • Assessment of risks and its controls

The successful candidate should be:

  • 2 years experience as auditor in aviation
  • Relevant training/experience on Management Systems, aeronautical regulations and ISO standards
  • Independence objectivity, continuous improvement drive...
  • Good level of Portuguese and English.

SAFETY MANAGER

Responsibilities / Functions:

  • Manage the Safety Management System, throughout the AVINCIS PORTUGAL organization assuring their compliance according to CAA instructions;
  • Support of the AVINCIS International Group integrated safety strategy;
  • Conduct safety audits, surveys and inspections of any aspect of the operation;
  • Conduct investigations of internal safety events;
  • Implement, development and oversight, of safety policies and procedures;
  • Maintain the company safety database;
  • Monitor the implementation of actions taken to mitigate risks;
  • Provide periodic reports on safety performance, disseminating safetyrelated information;
  • Responsible for the implementation, development and oversight of the Emergency Response Plan procedures;
  • Ensure that there is safety management training available and that it meets acceptable standards;
  • Development and delivery of Safety Management training;
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of safety KPIs;
  • Assisting the Accountable manager on the development of annual Safety Goals and Objetives;

The successful candidate should be:

  • Be, or have been, holder of an airline pilot or commercial pilot license, with qualifications inherent or equivalent to the type, class and/or performance of the aircraft used by the operator; or
  • Have as academic qualifications a degree in engineering in the fields of aeronautical, mechanics, industrial, electromechanical, electrotechnical, telecommunications or other relevant.
HSE Technician

Responsibilities / Functions:

  • Support the development of actions that contribute to ensuring the safety and improving the health of personnel through development of procedures, inspections and surveillance activities.
  • Collaborate with the delivery of information and documentation that is required for the related ISO standards.
  • Promote preventive actions to avoid accidents or deficiencies in the fields of health, safety, quality and sustainability.

The successful candidate should be:

  • Official degree or/and relevant experience in HSE.
  • Good level of English.
  • Experience and knowledge of MS Office.
