We now have an exciting opening for a Operation Execution Administrator to join our expanding team, based at our office in Leça do Balio (Lionesa Business Hub).
This is a great opportunity for someone who has previous operations administration experience to join the business and start building their career in the industry.
They will then complement trading team in Rotterdam with all required administrative tasks and input.The main responsibilities of the role will include:
Monitor and add within internal systems all the execution of the vessels (Castor Oil products / derivatives) from Indian / European / American Ports;
Monitor deliveries, create invoices for payment to send to clients - charge customers (goods and services);
Processing incoming/outgoing invoices and supporting documents (goods and services);
Communication and coordination with suppliers to execute delivery of cargo against contract;
Responsibility for inventory management / Terminal / warehouses Inbounds on system;
Weekly reporting to the accounting and trading support teams;
Registration of new counterparties.
The main requirements:
- English language fluent both written and spoken;
- Bachelor degree preferably in Maritime business and logistics;
- Able to work on their own initiative in a methodical, detailed and accurate fashion;
- Very clear and precise communicator both verbally and in writing;
- Team Player possessing ability to work and integrate with other teams;
- Basic computer literacy (Word, Excel, Outlook);
- Experience in international trade, import/export operations, sea logistics would be a plus.
