Partner Growth Internship

  • At Too Good To Go, we dream of a planet with no food waste._
Imagine if there was something we all could change today that would reduce global warming by 10%. That's how much food waste contributes to the climate crisis.

More than 30% of the food produced is wasted. We are on a mission to change that


Our app connecting businesses with unsold food, and consumers willing to buy at a discounted rate has grown since 2016 to become the biggest in Europe, with over 70 million users, and more than 190 million meals saved.


Key responsibilities:

70% of the work

  • Advocate for our independent partners and help us improve partners growth management processes:
  • Implement our Post Sales process end-to-end;
  • Own the portfolio of partners in their first 3months in the app;
  • Ensure the qualitative and quantitative metrics of this portfolio, in collaboration with the rest of the team;
  • Contact partners proactively to boost activation/education, community engagement, and performance;
  • Explore new ways of optimizing the performance of independent stores;

20% of the work

  • Collaborate with the Partner Growth Managers team:
  • Assist PMs in portfolio retention and reactivation routines;
  • Support push supply initiatives, especially the seasonal ones;
  • Be the best friend of our partners and participate in other projects focused on their experience with us.

10% of the work

  • In your spare time, you will have the opportunity to work on other projects, mainly (but not only) within the Partner Growth team.

Why you are the food waste warrior we've been looking for:


  • FULL-TIME availability for an internship during 6 months;:
  • You are fluent in
    Portuguese and in English;
-
Cold call Kings and Queens - zero fear to speak on the phone and the resilience to keep trying when things get tough;

You're a terrific talker (and listener) with the ability to quickly connect and establish relationships with potential partners - restaurants, coffees, ect;

  • You're independent, you know how to schedule your time to handle several projects at a time;
  • You're dynamic and proactive, you like to share your ideas and constantly improve processes to become more efficient;
  • You're good (or open to be great) at Google Docs, MS Office and Salesforce;
  • Bachelor of Business Administration, Management, Marketing is a plus.
