Customer Support with Polish

Our client is an outsourcing company that is recognized as a market leader in customer service-related services.

They collaborate with giants such as Google Ads, Western Union, TikTok, and Facebook, providing exemplary assistance on a daily basis to address the problems encountered by customers.


Your responsibilities include:

  • Handling incoming calls or messages from customers seeking information or needing support in resolving various types of problems (first line of contact with the customer).
  • Effectively identifying needs and matching appropriate solutions for company customers.
  • Escalating complicated problems to other departments within the company for efficient resolution.

Employer requirements:

  • Fluent in Polish (at least C1 level).
  • Proficiency in English at a communicative level (at least B2 level).
  • Reside in Lisbon or be willing to relocate.
  • Strongly developed communication skills in both speech and writing.

Offer:

  • 1295€ gross without accommodation.
  • 1040€ gross with accommodation (private room in a shared apartment)
  • Private health insurance (in addition to standard insurance).

Relocation package: Airport pickup and administrative assistance with registration in Portugal, flight cost reimbursement after 6 or 9 months of successful integration, free accommodation in one of the company's apartments in Lisbon.
