O nosso cliente é um Grupo Financeiro de capital nacional que procura um
Partnerships Manager para integrar na sua Direção de Gestão de Negócio Retalho, em Lisboa.


Este profissional terá como principais objetivos definir o Plano de Parcerias e Campanhas e garantir todas as ações inerentes ao mesmo, de acordo com a estratégia de Marketing Geral, assim como assegurar que os resultados são atingidos, realizando uma monitorização constante, em sintonia e colaboração com todas as áreas envolvidas do Grupo.


Principais Responsabilidades:

  • Em conjunto com as áreas de Produto e Segmentos, definir o plano estratégico de parcerias comerciais do Grupo que visem o segmento de retalho particulares;
  • Desenvolver os contactos necessários à comunicação com todas as partes envolvidas numa parceria, focando estabelecer parcerias que sirvam o propósito de negócio na comercialização de produtos e serviços do Grupo;
  • Desenvolver e acompanhar todas as campanhas e protocolos de parceria do Grupo endtoend;
  • Acompanhar e monitorizar a performance de todas as campanhas de parceria de retalho particulares do Grupo;
  • Apresentar e divulgar os resultados das diferentes iniciativas da área;
  • Apoiar a definição estratégica de comunicação das diferentes campanhas de parceria, em conjunto com as áreas de especialidade;
  • Avaliar criticamente os elementos gráficos e visuais utilizados na comunicação das diferentes campanhas de parceria;
  • Gestão da comunicação com os diferentes stakeholders.

Requisitos:

  • Experiência mínima de 3 anos de experiência em funções de Marketing, Growth Hacking e/ou Parcerias;
  • Formação Superior em Gestão, Gestão de Marketing, Marketing e/ou Comunicação;
  • Excelentes conhecimentos de Excel e Powerpoint;
  • Excelentes capacidades de comunicação escrita e falada (português e inglês).
