Main responsibilities include:

  • Run talent acquisition projects in alignment with company objectives;
  • Take active part in talent search, benchmarking, assessment and interviewing;
  • Manage and own recruitment and selection processes end to end;
  • Design and validate best practices for the attraction, search and selection of professionals for our vacancies in collaboration with leaders and managers.
  • Lead employer brand initiatives;
  • Update the ATS regularly and accurately;
  • Identify the best recruitment channels (recruitment sites, direct search, social media etc.) to fit the profile needed;
  • Create and recommend recruitment strategies and approaches.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a field related to human resources management;
  • Fluent English (C1+), Mandarin will be a plus;
  • Experience with recruiting core trade roles
  • Detail oriented and demonstrate excellent analytical abilities, as well as teamwork;
  • Excellent understanding of full cycle recruitment processes and dependancies within the process;
  • Commercial mindset;
  • Experience in organizing and taking part in the employer branding initiatives;
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and meet deadlines;
  • Outstanding communications and interpersonal skills and impactful presentation style;
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, ability to prioritize daily workload;
  • Working knowledge of human resources functional areas and applicable state employment laws is expected.
