Com report direto à Talent Acquisition Manager, este profissional ficará responsável gerir e desenvolver processos de recrutamento para específicas áreas de negócio, desde o levantamento de necessidades com os hiring managers, até à seleção e integração do candidato, estando sob sua responsabilidade a gestão do seu acolhimento e integração.

Ficará, também, encarregue de apoiar estrategicamente as Unidades de Negócio, promovendo as orientações necessárias à resolução de temas de RH.

Para assumir esta função é essencial ter formação superior em Gestão de Recursos Humanos ou área similar e experiência profissional mínima de três anos em funções semelhantes, essencialmente em gestão de processos recrutamento & seleção.

A fluência na comunicação em inglês é um fator determinante para o bom desempenho desta função na organização, qualquer outro conhecimento linguístico será considerado um plus.

Do ponto de vista das soft skills valorizamos um perfil com fortes capacidades de comunicação, organização, resiliência, dinâmico, proatividade, e um grande gosto pela área de recursos humanos.
