POSITION SUMMARY:
Broadvoice is seeking an experienced Channel Sales Manager to join their expanding team.

YOUR DAY-TO-DAY:

  • Develop and manage partner network
  • Present GoContact solutions with demo sessions if needed
  • Create proposals with support from Sales Engineering or other teams if necessary
  • Maintain proposal tracking and report all activities on the CRM
  • Represent the company at various fairs and events
  • Monitor project kick-off and progress with the CSM team
  • Identify new functionalities for Contact Center Solutions

WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TEAM:

  • Minimum 5 years of SaaS sales experience
  • Prior experience in Contact Centers with operational and technical knowledge required
  • Exceptional attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks under tight deadlines
  • Experience managing and upselling large or global accounts
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in key data, CRM, and reporting tools
  • Demonstrated expertise in customer and partner experience, sales cycles, and end-to-end business processes in a SaaS environment
