What you will do:
Our success story is based on a unique customer-centric culture, an innovative product and excellence of our teams.

You will join the Customer Success team, which is responsible for training, platform customization, and ongoing support for our clients throughout their time with Agicap- As a member of the Customer Success Tech team, you are the link between our two largest departments: Sales (negotiation and contract signing) and Customer Success.

Moreover, you will be the first CS Tech at Agicap to work for the US Market and support our rapidly growing customer base This is a great opportunity to participate in the creation of the International CS Tech team in Lisbon.


Your missions:

  • In collaboration with the Customer Success, Sales, Product, and Tech teams, your mission will be to enable the client to access all the necessary information for their cash flow management on the platform in the shortest possible time.
  • You will be in charge of:

Integrating customer data:

  • For our new clients, you are the technical expert responsible for helping them define the data to be integrated into the tool and the best method to do so. Your intervention is therefore key for customer satisfaction and longterm retention.
  • To best support them, it is important to:_
  • Understand the technical and financial needs of B2B clients in all sectors
  • Master the tools that allow for a good connection between our clients' information systems and Agicap (EDITRAN, Excel matrices, API, EBICS, bank connectors, SFTP)
  • Be proactive in proposing solutions to our clients that best meet their needs, considering technical constraints
  • Communicate with stakeholders (internal and external) to ensure the rapid implementation of Agicap
  • Participate in team development and process construction
  • You will contribute to the creation of the first US CS Tech team in Lisbon
  • You will contribute to the continuous improvement of our processes and tools
  • You will set up the necessary documentation to enable knowledge transfer within the team
  • As a true internal representative of the client, you will be responsible for reporting needs to the product teams to help them prioritize new features.
In addition, you will have opportunities for specialization depending on your interests:

  • Expert in bank connectivity (PSD2, EBICS, SWIFT, SFTP Server)
  • Expert in thirdparty software connectivity (accounting, invoicing)

What we are looking for:

  • You have successfully completed your university degree (Bachelor's or Master's) in business or engineering
  • You speak English fluently
  • You are versatile and enjoy: project management, customer relations, teamwork
  • You know how to: prioritize, organize, and communicate
  • You are curious, ambitious, and attracted to the startup mindset
  • You enjoy facing new challenges and understanding technical aspects to better address them
  • You have a good command of Excel
  • Previous experience in software implementation is a plus
